John brings almost three decades of order to delivery expertise, as well as general leadership from an industry global leader. John has delivered some first in the world technology, and will take that same passion to help bridge this disruptive manufacturing process to the broader industry, by providing solutions that will take customers to and through the Additive Manufacturing process journey.
Phil has developed a unique combination of successful entrepreneurial and executive level corporate experience (public and private) over his career. His experience in tech company start up, funding and operations, as well as his core business skills developed operating private and public corporations will be of great value in building The 3D Connectors in his capacity as owner/adviser. Specialized skills include International consulting, IPO, sophisticated finance and investments, project management of multi-million dollar projects, buying and selling companies, commercial real estate and operational efficiency round out valuable core business experience.
Mike “Mladen” Ziza
Mike’s varied background in leadership and manufacturing provides the perfect foundation for co-owning a company such as 3D Connectors. He is passionate about managing operations of the company and providing services to customers. Mike served honorably in the U.S. Army Special Forces from 1985 to 1993. After his time in the military, Mike led a successful career in manufacturing most notably at Caterpillar, where as Operations Manager he managed/led a team providing all aspects of manufacturing, including first line supervisory/operations management, HR (Human Resources), and EH&S (Environmental Health and Safety).
Peter Cerreta grew up in Palm Coast, Florida where all of his family lived since the early 1990’s. He comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who operated businesses in industries ranging from art distribution to frozen pizza crust manufacturing to elder care. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Florida (UNF) earning his Bachelors and Masters degrees. Peter worked in Jacksonville for 5 years taking on project, mechanical, and process engineering roles. Through his work experience, he gained useful skill sets in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, project management, and process automation.
